Order with tracking number:If you have selected shipping that comes with a tracking number, you can easily verify the status of the order with the tracking number. If you are from the United States, you can copy and paste the tracking number on the USPS website, there is often more information on the USPS website once the package arrives in the US. If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, try checking in to your mailbox or the community mailbox in case it has been delivered there. If you can still not locate your package, contact us right away so that we can open an investigation case with the shipping courier!

Order without a tracking number:Verify how many days your order should take to arrive (most shipping couriers do not work on weekends or on national holidays which is why the shipping time only includes business days). The number of days starts when the order was dispatched from our warehouse and you should not count the weekends. If it has been two days above the specified delivery time, you can contact us so that we can follow up with the delivery courier.

Refunds and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@4uprecious.com. If the return is accepted we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in a perfect original condition: with no defects or bumps, pliers marks, etc, in a perfect round shape and unworn. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are in the US, please use USPS. NOT fedex or ups as we will have to pay automatically the customs, so we will refuse the package. Also write on the customs label that it is a return and not a merchandise.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Attention Please: Choose correctly which inside diameter you want to avoid any sizing problems with your order. You can refer to our Average Size Guide to see the average hoop’s diameters for different piercings.

WHAT IS A GAUGE? The THINNER the gauge, the HIGHER the number. For example: 22 gauge is thinner than 20 gauge, and 20 gauge is thinner than 18 gauge.

16 g = 1.3 mm (0.051 inch) Ask your piercer if you have been pierced that thick size, not for gun piercings
18 g = 1 mm (0.039 inch) A bit thicker than the standard 20g
20 g = 0.8 mm (0.031 inch) Thickness of a post earring, fits on everybody's ears
22 g = 0.65 mm (0.026 inch) Thin
24 g = 0.5 mm (0.025 inch) Very thin, hardly noticeable

To put on, pull one side toward you and the other away - insert - and push and pull back into shape. Always push away or towards your body, NEVER to the right or left, or the earring will lose its shape. For clarity, check out the Instructions here
